As a Fairfax residential care provider, you would live with 1-2 adults with disabilities and offer them daily care. Wall Residences assists by connecting you with RN staff and counselors. Providers also work with their own backup workers to ensure the best quality care for adults with disabilities.

Our network of caretakers make it possible for you and the individuals you work with to have an improved quality of life.

If you’re interested in joining our provider family, our Fairfax team is expanding to provide housing and support for adults with disabilities in Northern Virginia.

Wall Residences has built a team of people dedicated to providing person-centered care to adults with disabilities. Part of our efforts of supporting our residents is to support providers.

You will be given your choice of backup workers to join in your residents’ routine and assist with their needs.

Your pay is based on the Supports Intensity Scale of the adult(s) who are in your care.

Explore and Enjoy Northern Virginia with Residents

One of the things our providers love the most is the time to bond with the adults in their care and the ability to explore their community.

Together you can seek out volunteer opportunities, attend festivals and events, visit local parks, go to the movies, take up hobbies, and more.

The goal of person-first residential care is to provide adults with disabilities the fulfilling and enriching lives that everyone deserves. You can help them work on finding activities they enjoy, building independence, and establishing healthy balanced routines.
