Ben Bowman, MSW, PWD

Supported Living/In-Home Coordinator - Roanoke/NRV Region

Ben Bowman received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech and a MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He has over 30 years of experience providing career and workforce development services for individuals with a wide range of abilities, interests and skills within community/state organizations and higher education. Ben’s passion is helping people understand their unique talents and utilize them to help make the world a better place.

Beth Howell, BA, QDDP, QMHP

Day Services Quality Assurance Coordinator – Northern Region

Beth has a bachelor’s degree and is a former case manager with the Valley Community Services Board, Beth is based in the Staunton area. She has planned and implemented community-based services for her clients. Beth has also completed Positive Behavioral Support training.

Human Resources Assistant

Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all aspects of Human Resources. Processes changes, additions, and terminations in the Human Resources and payroll software. Will complete other HR duties and projects as needed.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University. He also earned teacher certification through Lynchburg College and worked 11 years as an elementary school teacher. Prior to joining the team at Wall Residences, he gained experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Billing Specialist

Responsible for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) billing and provider payments. Files claims and tracks provider payments. Issues ABA client invoices. Verifies insurance benefits and coverage for ABA clients. Maintains ABA billing files to ensure they are up to date. Assists with provider credentialing.
