Serves as the lead in the Backup Worker department. Maintains Backup Worker files, processes Backup Worker packets and tracks certifications. Also responsible for processing background checks and completing LEIE reports for Backup Workers. Handles Caseload access of Backup Workers for Lauris online.

Responsible for verifying and entering information into WaMS and provides follow up to confirm approval. Receives incident report data and ensures proper reporting in the CHRIS system. Collects information and creates annual LHRC reports. Serves as HIPAA Security Officer.

Becky has a master’s degree in social work from UMass Global. Becky has been working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 20 years, where her experience includes her present position within Wall Residences, providing direct care to individuals living in residential group homes, director of day program services, home and community-based services case manager, and director of residential services. Becky strives to deliver person-centered services to the individuals receiving sponsored residential services. To help ensure these individuals receive the best quality of life, Becky makes herself readily available to support sponsored residential providers in any way she can.

Beth has a bachelor’s degree and is a former case manager with the Valley Community Services Board, Beth is based in the Staunton area. She has planned and implemented community-based services for her clients. Beth has also completed Positive Behavioral Support training.
