Caitlin is a resident in counseling and eligible to be licensed as a professional counselor. She holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology from Emory & Henry College,  and a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling from Radford University. Caitlin has almost a decade of experience in supporting adults and children with both intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders across a variety of settings, including therapeutic day treatment, emergency services & assessment, short-term crisis counseling, and case management. She currently serves as a Program Manager for the Central Virginia region.
