Barbara Clark

Program Manager - New River Valley

Barb graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Human Services. She has over 25 years of experience providing services to people of all ages and types of disabilities. Prior to becoming a Program Manager, she worked with youth with disabilities in school and college settings, in therapeutic foster care and at a Center for Independent Living. Barb is excited to continue providing person-centered services to individuals with disabilities, their families and their providers in the New River Valley.

Heather Terry

Program Manager - Staunton/Waynesboro

Heather Terry joins Wall as a Regional Program Manager for Staunton Waynesboro Charlottesville Region in January 2025. She has prior experience working with DD/ID populations, Mental health, Residential education for Deaf and Blind children, and substance abuse. Heather graduated from Mary Baldwin University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a QMHP-A certification. She lives in Staunton with her husband and cat Ripples. In her spare time, Heather’s hobbies include reading, listening to music, attempting crafts and art, and learning more about gardening and landscaping. Heather previously worked for Wall Residences for four years and is grateful and happy to be back!

Program Manager - SWVA

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Rachel was an Adult Protective Services worker at Pulaski County Department of Social Services. Rachel also has experience in the mental health field by working with New River Valley Community Services at the Recovery Center (Previously known as Clubhouse). Rachel was also a sign language interpreter for 20+ years.
