From 1999 to 2017, she worked as a CNA in hospitals, nursing homes, and home health settings providing care and support to individuals with a wide range of physical, developmental, mental health, and intellectual disabilities.

Since 2019, Youlina has successfully owned and operated her own food truck business, demonstrating strong entrepreneurship and commitment. In addition to her professional experience, she provides ongoing support to her cousin with Down Syndrome, assisting with daily living activities and encouraging meaningful participation in the community.
