About the Provider

Traci has been a sponsored residential provider with Wall Residences since 2017 and brings over 30 years of experience working in the field. During her senior year of high school, she earned a Special Education Aide certificate and worked in an IDD classroom which laid the foundation for her career. She went on to attend West Virginia University, where she majored in Special Education. Her professional background includes a decade working with male juvenile offenders followed by nearly 16 years with a local Community Services Board in an ICF facility. 

She is deeply committed to being of service to others and enjoys creating a warm, inclusive home environment. She frequently hosts friends and family including the families of the individuals she supports for cookouts, birthday celebrations, and social gatherings. She also enjoys traveling, taking individuals on vacations to places they have never experienced, as well as shopping and dining out in the community. She currently supports three individuals ranging in age from 25 to 60, which consists of two women and one man. She shares her home with four small mixed‑breed dogs and two guinea pigs, adding to the warmth and liveliness of the household.
