About the Providers

Tammy works as a Back-Up Worker for several Wall services and is also employed part-time as an administrative assistant for an architecture firm. Gregory is a Service Desk Analyst who contracts with the City of Virginia Beach. Together, Tammy and Gregory bring a wealth of professional and personal experience to their roles as caregivers, including previous experience as therapeutic foster parents. Tammy has also worked as a personal care assistant, providing hands-on support to individuals with a wide range of needs.

In addition to her caregiving experience, Tammy is a certified life coach and speaker through the John Maxwell program. She facilitates group sessions focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and goal development. Tammy is known for being reliable, dependable, and skilled at building meaningful relationships with the individuals she supports. She values getting to know each person as an individual and learning about their strengths, preferences, interests, and goals, to become more engaged in activities they enjoy and connected within their community.

Tammy and Gregory are active members of their local community and regularly participate in community events. They place a strong emphasis on maintaining close family connections and enjoy spending quality time with loved ones. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, listening to music, attending local events, and spending time together. Their home is also shared with their pet Chihuahua.
