Sunfields is an agency-operated group home supported by a caring and compassionate team trained to meet a variety of specialized needs, including extensive medical and behavioral supports. The home provides person-centered services designed to promote the highest quality of life for each individual. The Sunfield care team includes Direct Support Professionals, a Registered Nurse, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who provides therapeutic consultation. The home also partners with Dynamic Mobile Imaging to offer radiology services in the home.

Sunfield encourages community integration based on each individual’s preferences. Staff take great pride in staying active and engaged, building meaningful connections with the individuals they support. Conveniently located near dining, shopping, museums, churches, and a library, the home offers easy access to local amenities while maintaining the privacy of a quiet residential neighborhood.

Sunfields offers one-level living just outside the town of Hillsville. The home features five bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is welcoming for gatherings. Additional spaces include an office and laundry room. Built according to ADA specifications, the home includes a Parker tub, wheelchair scale, two wheelchair-accessible vans, and two wheelchair-accessible showers. The home is warmly decorated and offers a peaceful, comfortable front porch.
