Sheniqua and Travon have been sponsored providers with Wall since 2019. Sheniqua holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice and has 15 years of experience working in group homes, including time in supervisory roles. Travon also brings valuable experience from working in a group home for two years where he gained supervisory experience. Sheniqua is described as caring, patient, funny, professional, and hardworking as well as always going above and beyond in her responsibilities. Travon is known for his caring nature, consistency, calm presence, and ability to diffuse difficult situations. He is also a dedicated worker and family oriented. Their home features a music studio where Travon engineers and produces music across different genres and Sheniqua enjoys doing nails in her spare time. Together, they love wrestling, traveling, cooking, and enjoying time with their four dogs.

The home features a spacious downstairs layout that includes a living room, an eat‑in kitchen, a formal dining room, two offices, and a half bath along with a door leading out to the back deck. All bedrooms are located upstairs, and the available bedroom includes its own full-ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The home also features an attached garage and is beautifully decorated throughout. Located in a very quiet yet friendly neighborhood, the home offers close proximity to a variety of restaurants, shopping options, and community activities in the Hull Street Road area.

Sheniqua and Travon feel that this field chose them. Early life experiences through both volunteering and personal relationships helped them develop skills that have strengthened their ability to provide exceptional care to the individuals they serve. Sheniqua’s first exposure to individuals with developmental disabilities occurred in high school, when a classmate naturally gravitated toward her for support. Her studies in nursing, psychology coursework within her criminal justice degree, and training in cosmetology have all contributed to her skill set. Travon’s connection to the field is personal as well through his sister with autism. He also volunteered in a hospital setting and with the Boys & Girls Club earlier in life, which further shaped his commitment to caregiving.
