About the Provider
The Ridgewood home offers 24-hour awake support provided by a team of trained and certified Direct Support Professionals. Staff bring diverse experience from human services and medical backgrounds and are driven by a genuine commitment to helping individuals grow, thrive, and build greater independence.
The house manager and assistant house manager lead with encouragement and collaboration, creating a warm, stable environment where staff feel supported and the people we serve feel safe, respected, and truly understood. Residents and staff maintain an active, engaging routine that includes regular outings to local parks, waterfront areas, movie theaters, salons, and other community attractions. In-home activities include music, crafts, holiday decorating, birthday celebrations, and nature observation from the back deck.
Staff are comfortable with home-style cooking and are trained to support individuals with G-tubes and other advanced medical needs. The home currently supports three adults (one male and two female) and is prepared to welcome an additional resident.
