About the Provider
Pamela and John have been providers for nearly fourteen years and have lifelong caregiver experience supporting adults and children. Pamela began care-giving through in-home companion services and working in a Culpeper group home with her daughter. Following a back injury, Pamela opened her own home to continue providing care in a stable, supportive environment. Together, John and Pamela have fostered a loving and nurturing atmosphere while being deeply committed to helping others. While being providers, they have supported one individual for nearly fourteen years, as well as four additional individuals over time. They are dedicated to minimizing staffing changes and offering consistency in care.
Pamela and John are passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and enriching environment. They enjoy spending time with family, especially their children and grandchildren, and they love traveling. John and Pamela have gone on cruises, trips to the beach, mountain getaways, and spontaneous adventures in new places. Pamela enjoys quilting, gardening, and arts and crafts. John is skilled at building and creating a wide range of projects, takes pride in maintaining the yard, and loves to go golfing. During their 41 years of marriage, they raised their own three children, five additional children, and became proud grandparents of six. The couple works closely to provide a supportive and engaging environment for those in their care. They focus on helping individuals experience life fully and pursue their personal interests.

John and Pamela reside in a four-bedroom, four bathroom home that sits on a spacious two-and-a-half-acre property. The home is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac and features multiple gardens and a greenhouse for enjoyment.
