About the Provider

Luke has worked in the mental health field for approximately eight years. His experience includes serving as a mobile crisis counselor, working in a therapeutic crisis home, and providing services as a Mental Health Skill-Building clinician. In 2025, Luke became a Sponsored Residential Provider, a role that has long been one of his personal and professional goals.

In addition to his work in behavioral health, Luke has served as both an associate pastor and youth pastor and volunteered with the local rescue squad for ten years. He holds degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Luke lives with his wife Melissa, a nurse with over two decades of experience who serves as a back up worker for the home. The home is also supported by 24-hour awake staffing. 

The couple is actively involved with Special Olympics and enjoy spending time gardening, bowling, attending church, watching movies, playing board games and card games such as UNO, visiting local parks and recreation centers, making crafts, and playing cornhole. Luke and Melissa currently support one individual in their home and share their residence with two small, friendly dogs.

About the Home

The home is a spacious two-level house featuring a large, welcoming front porch. The main level offers an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lower level includes an additional living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. One of the living areas features a dedicated puzzle table, and both levels provide ample space for games, arts and crafts, relaxation, and other shared activities.
