About the Provider
Jack brings 35 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His career began in Training Centers prior to his work in group homes. For the past 16 years he has served as a Sponsored Residential provider with Wall Residences. His goal is to provide a welcoming, comfortable home where each person is valued, respected, and supported as an individual.
His extensive experience includes supporting individuals who require substantial assistance with daily living activities and complex medical needs. His background includes training and hands-on experience with G-tube care and feedings as well as supporting those with seizure disorders, mobility limitations, positioning needs, and personal care. He is experienced in following individualized care plans, monitoring changes in health status, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, guardians, and the Wall Residences team.
Life in Jack's home centers on familiar routines, meaningful choices, and opportunities to enjoy both quiet time and community involvement. He takes the time to learn each person's preferences, interests, and unique methods of communication including nonverbal communication to ensure their choices and goals help guide daily life.
Jack lives alongside an individual receiving services and looks forward to welcoming another. The home is also shared with a backup support worker who resides in a separate downstairs area of the home and is available to provide assistance as needed. Together, they create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, community engagement, and meaningful relationships.

Offering more than 5,100 square feet of living space, the home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample room for daily living, relaxation, and entertainment. Situated on approximately one acre, the property offers a private residential setting with space to enjoy outdoor activities while maintaining convenient access to community amenities and resources.
