About the provider
Hadassah and Antonio have over six years of combined experience in direct support and caregiving. They possess the skills, knowledge, and dedication to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those they serve. Hadassah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as an RN working in the ICU at a local hospital. Her extensive background provides a unique and vital asset to their services, always having a licensed nurse on-site. With her compassionate and meticulous approach to healthcare, Hadassah ensures that each resident receives the highest standard of medical care, alongside the emotional and social support they deserve.
Antonio is currently the Service Manager of a Group Day Support program in Salem, where he works directly with individuals on a daily basis. He provides guidance, support, and care while helping them achieve their personal goals and maintain meaningful community involvement. Through this role, he has developed extensive experience supporting individuals with varying needs while fostering independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.
Prior to his current role, Antonio served as a Federal Officer with the U.S. Treasury. His years of service helped shape the person and caregiver he is today, strengthening his leadership, professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to the safety and well-being of others. The experience taught him how to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and maintain a secure and supportive environment, which are qualities that continue to guide his approach to providing compassionate, high-quality care. He also serves as a Spanish translator, allowing him to communicate effectively and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Whether hiking, attending local events, or relaxing with their miniature dachshund, Dante, they create a welcoming environment where everyone is treated like family. The couple also enjoys playing card games with family and friends, kayaking, and traveling throughout the United States and Mexico. They have a strong support network within their local community. As they continue to grow their family through residential services, they are excited to open their home to individuals in need of support by providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where each person is valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
