About the Provider

Eglee has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and is the parent of an adult son with autism, whom she has advocated for throughout his life. After her son moved out of the home, she continued her work in the field as a job coach for 12 years and has experience in community engagement, direct support in group homes, community coaching, and in-home supports. She is passionate about serving others.

In her personal life, Eglee enjoys spending time with family and values family-style lunches and dinners. She loves traveling, attending church, cooking, grilling, and being active in the community through shopping, library visits, cultural festivals, events, and exploring local shops. Eglee currently supports one female individual in her home.

About the Home

The home is a two-level single-family residence with two entrances, a driveway entrance and a side entrance with a ramp. It is wheelchair accessible for foldable wheelchairs only due to narrow interior doorways, and there is no carpet anywhere in the home.

The main floor includes an open kitchen with an island, dining area, living room with an electric fireplace, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer area, hall closets, and access to the basement. The basement is set up like an apartment with a living room, kitchen/dining area, backyard exit, and multiple storage closets.

Being of service to others is Eglee’s passion and purpose. She says, “When you put positivity out in the world, positive things will come back you.”
