The home is staffed 24/7 with continuous supervision, typically maintaining two staff members on duty during daytime hours and two staff members overnight. Staffing patterns are flexible and adjust to meet individual needs, such as medical appointments or special events. Staff are dedicated to meeting each individual where they are each day, providing support for both medical and other challenges that may arise.
