About the Provider
Allen and Charlotte Brown come to Wall Residences with a longstanding commitment to helping others in their community. Charlotte brings over three decades of nursing experience and is a certified Medication Administration Trainer for both children and adults. She has extensive experience using the MDS billing system, conducting patient assessments, and completing quarterly reviews. Charlotte also has varied experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Allen is currently employed in the billing and accounting department at Centra.
Together, the couple enjoys dining out, visiting local shops, spending time outdoors, and staying active in their church. They are passionate about serving others and frequently assist members of their community whether helping with yard work, providing transportation to appointments, or supporting attendance at church. The Browns also value quiet time at home. Their son Isaiah is a college student who joins them during school breaks.
About the Home
The house is a modest three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath single family home in the Lynchburg area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a driveway parking and front yard space, as well as a fenced-in backyard and features a split-level entry. The upper level includes a living room, kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms, along with a half bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a deck overlooking the backyard. The lower level offers a large open space currently used as a den, office, and bonus area, as well as an additional secondary room that could be utilized as another bonus space.
The providers have discussed the possibility of converting the lower level into a primary bedroom suite, including the addition of a bathroom and finishing the space accordingly. The home is serviced by city water and a public septic system.
