About the Provider

Calita has served as a Direct Support Professional at CVTC for approximately 25 years and has been a provider with Wall Residences for seven years. She became familiar with a multitude of needs for the individuals she cared for through her experience at CVTC. This led Calita to prepare well for the role of provider with Wall Residences. Through Calita’s experiences, she established relationships with several of the individuals she cared for and the family members.

Her home is shared with her adult daughter in addition to one male individual who resides in the home. She looks forward to welcoming another male into their home. She enjoys attending community events, gardening, and completing art activities. During her tenure at Wall Residences, she maintained the following certifications: CMRT, First/Aid and AED, and medication administration.

About the Home

The home is wheelchair accessible and has a kitchen on each level. There are three bedrooms on the upper level with two bedrooms on the lower level intended for client use. Additionally, the house features a back deck and front porch for enjoyment and resides in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Calita is passionate about empowering individuals to embrace new experiences and take bold steps toward independence. Her desire is for the support she provides to help others discover their potential and build confidence in their journey forward.
