Courtney recently received her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Radford University. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from Radford. Courtney has a variety of experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders. Some of these settings include ABA Therapy, case management, outpatient counseling, and Therapeutic Recreation programs. Prior to working with Wall Residences, Courtney worked as a Foster Care worker with Social Services. She is now serving as a Regional Program Manager with Wall Residences for the Staunton/Waynesboro/Charlottesville area.
