Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in special education from Liberty University. Heather has worked to support individuals with mental health disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. These include therapeutic day treatment services, one-on-one behavioral supports, teaching special education and special education case management, and alternative education. She is now serving a Regional Program manager for sponsored residential supports in the Central VA region.
