Michele received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She worked closely with individuals diagnosed with an intellectual disability during her tenure at the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board. Michele has experience providing direct supports and oversight in a residential setting, as well as directing services as a Support Coordinator. She has passion for the person-centered planning process and empowering others to reach their highest potential.
