Polly Ann Gordon lives in Lynchburg in a one-level home with three bedrooms, two full baths and a large back yard for relaxation, cookouts or social gatherings. She is a very caring and calm person who loves attending activities in the community such as church, and shopping at the City Market. Polly also enjoys painting landscapes, spending time outdoors, antiquing and gardening.
For the past 31 years, Polly has worked as a lab tech, phlebotomist and cytology technician, however Polly began her career working with people with disabilities in the school system, as well as at the Central Virginia Training Center. In 2017, Polly began providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities within a sponsored residential service and currently has one individual in her home. Polly also has several years of experience working with senior individuals with dementia, chronic health problems, and those whom are bedridden.
Polly would like to provide a nurturing and loving home to a second individual. Polly has two grown sons, and one grandson age seven. Polly also has an older, declawed cat named, Bootsy.
