Nicholas received his undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Mary Washington. After college, Nicholas worked as a personal care attendant for individuals with disabilities and briefly worked as a case aide for the foster care team at Fredericksburg Department of Social Services. He has also worked closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families while serving as a Support Coordinator at the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board. Nicholas believes in enriching the lives of the individuals served by listening, connecting with various resources, and advocacy. He serves the Fredericksburg area.
