The home is two stories, very spacious, and it sits on a half-acre of land. There is plenty of outdoor space and a vegetable garden in the back-yard. The home is located less than 10 minutes from old town Warrenton. The town has a rich history with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, parks to walk or ride your bike in, art galleries, craft stores, museums, and a well-equipped recreation and aquatic facility. The home is located less than 10 minutes from the Fauquier hospital, 5 minutes from the fire station, and 5 minutes from the shopping area.
The individual that chooses to live here will have their own spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has been re-modelled with state-of-the-art shower and it is ADA compliant to suite someone with mobility issues.
Judith is a qualified United Kingdom RN that specialises in emergency nursing. She moved here to be close to her daughter and granddaughter. Judith and her family are very involved in their church. It offers plenty of activities from weekly church service on Saturdays, cooking classes, weekly exercise classes for the community, monthly hikes, and fellowship meals each week. Other than gardening, Judith enjoys sewing, craft making, cooking and baking.
