Heather is a graduate of Radford University, holding her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Special Education. She is a Nationally Board-Certified Teacher with experience teaching individuals with disabilities in the inclusive public-school setting. Heather holds the Certificate of Autism Studies and served as an Autism Specialist during her time in the public schools. She is a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has experience working with individuals with extensive behavioral support needs. Heather oversees the Wall Residences Behavior Team across the state of Virginia and is responsible for training and supervising Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavioral Technicians. Heather is also available to provide therapeutic consultation services for individuals with significant behavioral support needs.
