Beth and Otis Fowler – Children’s services provider – Rustburg

The Fowler’s have lived in a country setting with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with peace and quiet for twenty-four years. They have three loving children, all girls.  The youngest, who is thirteen, still resides at home. The oldest two daughters graduated and now have full time employment and are living on their own.

The Fowlers have fostered children for over fifteen years and maintained a safe, warm, and welcome environment for everyone in the home. They wish to be a provider, as they feel it is their calling at this point in their life.

The Fowler’s enjoy hosting cookouts, holiday gatherings with family/friends, and camping. They attend church on a regular basis and often attend local sporting events.

Any individual placed in their home will have their support and the family will participate in activities that the individual is able and wishes to do. The individual will live in a loving, safe, and healthy environment.
